It Starts With Curiosity - Part 3

She told them about her discovery, while they sat there looking at her. They had looks on their faces that said it wasn't a new thing. She took a closer look at all of their faces;
she had to be sure of what they portrayed.

They had neither puzzled nor astonished faces; they didn't even blink. She felt as though her scales fell off. She suddenly realized it. They had been there before; every single one of them. She felt betrayed and out of control. She hated the fact that she had been kept off the hook. She was raged. The bell went off; break time was over. She walked away silently.

That night, she went to hell and came back again. This time, it was however different. She felt agonizing pain. This pain wasn't physical; it was emotional and psychological. This pain was deep. She could feel the pangs eat at her soul and pride. Her pride! That was the one thing she valued above her body. She felt mocked.

She wasn't the type that had a forgiving heart. She couldn't let them get away with making her feel that way. No one could control her; definitely them. For her, this was personal. She had always been driven by passion. She'd show them; she'd definitely show them. And she'd do even better than they had done; whatever they had done.

After few minutes of drafting a rough plan in her mind, she dozed off. She slept peacefully while she dreamt of that man; the one that had put his lips on her sister's lips. This time, his lips were on hers (not her sister's lips). Again. The umpteenth time after she had seen him.
